I haven’t posted for a while as the oil mess has been offset by the banking and economic mess. Oil should now drop to around 80 dollars per barrel and begin to rise again. Oil consumption in some areas is effected by the economy directly and some indirectly. Everyone will still drive to work, planes will fly their routes, and homes need heated. It will take some time for the economic cycle to take a full direction of either recovery or depression, so effects of economic (Industrial Utilization) use of oil will take some time to develop.
As we watch the candidates neither has pushed forward a solution that is s viable energy solution. My next post will cover each side and their attempts at covering the issue.
